PCAOB Appoints New General Counsel
The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board appointed Gordon Seymour to succeed Lewis Ferguson as general counsel. Seymour will take over as the regulator’s chief lawyer next month. He joined the PCAOB in 2003 as acting general counsel. Since 2004 he has served as deputy general counsel.
